Part-Time Office Administration Role Available
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to fulfil the role of a part-time Office Administrator and Production Management in our busy office. Providing financial, administrative, job management and clerical support to the company.
Hours would be between 20-25, we are flexible and can work around school hours.
In this role we would appreciate to have someone on our team who have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an accounts administration position. is organized, a good communicator, has computer literacy skills, and a natural interest in administration work. It is recommended that you have experience with MYOB AccountRight, ACE Payroll, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Smartsheet and Customer Service.
The core responsibilities are:-
· Creditor Data Entry
· Daily Banking
· Reconciling of accounts (MYOB)
· Weekly Payroll (ACE Payroll)
· Production Management using Smart Sheets
· Administration (Purchase Orders, meeting minuets, general office filing)
· Assist with our Companies Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
· General Organisation (Mail Collection, Filing, Stationery Orders, Cleaning, Updating Current Templates/Forms)
· Assisting the Director when Required
· Customer Service (Meeting and Greeting our Customers and Visitors, Answering Incoming Phone Calls, Responding to Email Requests)
