Seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist/Administrator with a ‘can do’ attitude to cover eight months maternity leave.

The skills and competencies of the person we are looking for would include a customer focus and excellent people skills. You would be reliable and enjoy working as part of a team. With exceptional attention to detail and time management skills you would be responsible for:
• Reception – the smooth running of reception including greeting clients, answering phones and maintaining the Physio appointment diary.
• Records – including loading client details into our database, filing and some paperwork.
• Finances – preparing weekly financial spreadsheets, cashing up daily, some accounts receivable/payable work.
• Communication - maintaining clear communication with all staff, clients, funders and other health care professionals.

Required qualities
• Professional approach and dress.
• Confident manner.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
Experience
• Administrative experience is desirable.
• Competency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Some experience of working with computer systems for record keeping and invoicing desirable but not essential.
