They work within commercial construction but are also industry leaders in design and construction management of specialised industries covering a wide range of projects from warehousing, aquatic centres to farming.
What the role needs:
Client focus! A lot of work is negotiated, a strong clients focuses is required
Experience on commercial projects is a must! Exposure to processing is desirable but not essential.
Experience of full control, from construction through to financials.
Experience in developing and managing budget, programme and contractors
