About the role:
As a Site Manager for Hibiscus Contractors Ltd, you will aid the delivery of our projects in the Auckland area. Projects include roading for Auckland Transport, subdivisions and general civil projects for local body and private clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of our own resources, subcontractors, materials, engineer/client liaison, safety and quality.

This role would also be suitable for a highly experienced foreman of site supervisor who is ready to take the next step and is happy to work with senior management to put the missing pieces together

The role involves:
Managing day-to-day construction activities.
Managing onsite health and safety processes and documentation.
Working alongside your team and senior management to ensure quality and efficiency of activities.

What you need:
A minimum of 5-years’ work experience in the civil construction industry.
Understanding of the current safety regulations for construction and excavation works.
The ability to lead a team of people to achieve project outcomes.
Ability to effectively coordinate onsite activities, subcontractors, material suppliers and our own resources.
First class administration skills and record keeping.
Experience with machinery operation and GPS survey/machine control equipment would be an advantage.
