Rentlink is a professional Property Management company making a big move in the Bay of Plenty. Substantial growth in Rental management customers over the last 12 months requires the addition of an administrator to the business to maintain the excellent service Rentlink provides
This is a full time position and duties will include
*Preparing Notices for Rentals
*Organising rental inspections & scheduling results of inspections
*Organising rental maintenance
*Dealing with tenant enquiries
*Advertising and vetting tenants
*Organising viewings
*Email administration
*General office administration
*Data Entry
The successful applicant will join a highly productive team, will need be very efficient and be able to work autonomously, effective time management is a must, as well as an unwavering commitment to excellent service.
Experience in the industry is preferred but not necessary as full training will be given. An opportunity to become a property manager could be a possibility in the future for the right person.
