Coast to Coast Health Care is a 6 centre medical centre with the main centre being in Wellsford. The other clinics are located in Maungaturoto, Snells Beach, Matakana, Paparoa and Mangawhai.
Our Wellsford clinic is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday every day of the year. You may be required to work at any of the medical centres.
We seek to appoint a medical receptionist with an enthusiastic approach to the delivery of customer service, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task..
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience working in a front line reception role in a customer service environment.
Experience of working within a busy team environment.
A working knowledge of computerised appointment systems (medtech of evolution preferred but not essential).
A sound knowledge of office systems (email, fax, scanner, photocopier).
Ability to work weekends and Public holidays.
