Regional HR Administrator - 8 Months - Fixed Term (To Cover Maternity Leave) Part Time (30hrs per week)

We are looking for a fixed term Part Time 30 hrs per week Regional HR Administrator to cover an 8-month period of Maternity leave.

This role is based in our Wellington Branch Nae Nae Office in Lower Hutt and is responsible for providing HR Administration in the Central Region. The goal for this position is to ensure that Regional HR Administration including HR, Payroll and Health & Safety is effectively managed, and any risks minimised.

We would love to hear from you if;

• You have excellent oral and written communication skills;

• Strong HR skills and knowledge of HR & payroll systems and processes

• Understanding of Health & Safety Legislation

• A strong focus on planning for deliverables and results

• Want to work for a community organisation with a clear purpose and vision

• A tertiary qualification or experience to an equivalent level

• Knowledge of the not for profit sector and an understanding of the disability sector is desirable
