Regional Human Resources Manager?wanted to join the team at Workplace First Aid Training Ltd.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4pm with a flexible 70-hour fortnight.
Role:
Experience managing rosters and daily calendars through Microsoft office for trainers.
Have experience in HR and staff management (including hiring new staff).
Phone sales and answering incoming calls.
Invoicing, accounts and payroll with Xero accounting system. ?
Respond to customer queries within a timely manner via email or phone.
Database support to Regional Managers.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong self-motivational and organisational skills.
Strong writing, typing, editing and formatting skills.
Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
Highly organised; file in timely manner and maintain office functionality and orders.
Planning skills, development of office procedures.
Be energetic and motivated and have the ability to manage your own time.
Social media management (website, facebook) as required.
Managing schedule for Managing Director as required.
Great customer service skills.
Managing projects as required.
