Remote Work Opportunity: Bookkeeping Assistant for #1 Early Childhood Publishing Company
About the company
We are a busy family business with an emphasis on Positive Mindset. We sell Educational Resources to Kindergartens, Childcare Centres and Primary Schools throughout New Zealand and Australia. You will be working closely with our Auckland team, and Brisbane.
We are seeking an assistant to:
Perform daily banking entry (incl. various expenses) (MYOB / Outlook / Browser / AnyDesk)
Compile info from our sales reps to calculate toll expenses and vehicle payments, enter into Wages sheet (Toll Website / Basecamp / Google Drive / AnyDesk)
Enter admin staff hours into Wages sheet (OTC / Basecamp / Google Drive / AnyDesk)
Sort through and folderise emails, responding to customer enquiries (inside of EPNZ emails)
Sending out Monthly statements to EPNZ customers Applicants with previous MYOB experience are preferred.
Hours
The total hours of work will fluctuate, however is estimated to take between 15-20 hours per week.
Generally you will need to be available for work Mon-Fri between 11-3pm at the starting rate of $19.50 p/h.
We will also pay an extra 8% leave as this is a Casual Employment arrangement.
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Being able to work from home
Tech Savvy and good with numbers
Preferably experience with MYOB & Google Programs.
