We are looking for Motivated, Friendly Assistant Manager to join our team at a busy subway store.
A Subway Assistant Manager supervises the operation of a shift to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained.
this includes scheduling and supervising staff. Exceptional customer service, motivation and great communication and leadership skills are major component of this fast paced environment position.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experiences working in Subway. Some management experience will be preferable.
You will assist the Restaurant Manager to direct team members to ensure that all day to day tasks are followed as per Subway standerds and leading the team and implementing exciting brand transformation initiatives.
You will need to be avaliable to work both weekdays and weekends.
Our restaurant is open 7am to 11pm so early mornings or nights may be part of your scheduled shifts.
