Description

This is a busy and diverse role working with a great team in a fun environment. Reporting to the Executive Officer you will be responsible for co-ordinating student chromebook finance/cyber-safety contracts, student IT helpdesk support, repairs and insurance claims; and providing front office reception support along with a multitude of other admin/accounts functions.

Hours of work are 8.00am to 4.00pm during term time with additional hours during the busy period before the school year begins.

Ideally you will have:

IT skills with experience using Google apps in an Apple Mac environment and/or student management and reporting systems
An ability to problem solve student IT connectivity issues and navigate our Google Device/User Management and Linewize filtering consoles.
Great relationship management skills to be an effective communicator with students, family and whanau, Senior Leadership Team, staff and other stakeholders.
The ability to use te reo Maori and show a commitment to the tikanga of the school.
Some accounts payable/receivable experience (and use of Xero) and general office admin skills.
A First Aid Certificate or willingness to complete (as you will also attend students in the sick-bay).
