Annabel’s Educare Arlington is seeking a CENTRE MANAGER.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, self-motivated, professional Centre Manager to lead our passionate, talented, hard-working team of teachers.
Our beautiful, purpose built centre is located in the Arlington subdivision in Rangiora.
Our centre provides outstanding education and care for our tamariki. We work in partnership with tamariki and whānau to provide a rich curriculum of experiences and opportunities that provoke thought, wonder, investigation, exploration, fun and enjoyment.
You will be part of an innovative, future focussed, friendly organisation that are committed to supporting Centre Managers in their role and for providing them with personal and professional growth opportunities in their career.
The successful applicant will:
Be a registered and fully certificated ECE teacher
Be a self motivated, innovative, resilient, passionate, enthusiastic and reflective professional.
Have excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
Have a great sense of humour and a warm and approachable attitude.
Demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills
Be able to motivate and positively influence, guide and grow a team.
Have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Have a thorough knowledge of Te Whariki, and experience in implementing quality assessment and planning practices and Internal Evaluation.
Be familiar with MOE documents and requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations, ERO documentation, the NELP’s, New Zealand Education Council and Code of Ethics.
Have a sound knowledge of working with Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Reo me ōna Tikanga.
