Peter Fletcher Transport Ltd is a well established local Canterbury based Transport Company seeking a cheerful, motivated individual to join our warehouse Team based in Hornby, Christchurch.
The Successful Applicant:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone;
• Minimum of MPI Accreditation Certificate, with MPI Transitional Facilities Operators Certificate a definite advantage.
• Proven experience and a clear understanding of MPI, and H&S Essential
Storeperson Warehouse duties:
- Picking, Packing and despatching of local orders.
- Picking and packing of Export Orders.
- Operating Forklift for the purposes of order picking, loading and unloading containers, trucks, pallets and storage as necessary.
- Checking, receipting, packaging, labelling and correct storage of spares and finished goods.
- Movement of products within the Warehouses to ensure efficient storage.
- Carrying out Warehouse and Distribution documentation both written and computer generated. Data entry as required.
- Maintaining document records as required.

- Available for stocktake
- Any other duties as required by the Warehouse Manager or nominee.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment is maintained at all times.
- Stock replenishment.
