Assistant Managers – Accommodation Supplied

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, positive energetic couple to join our team as Assistant Managers at Greymouth Seaside TOP 10 Holiday Park. This is a permanent full time position.
The position requires you to live in the supplied private Three Bedroom House as you will be required to be available for “After Hours Duties” via the work phone/pager on your rostered evenings. “After Hours Duties” means doing the late rounds in the Holiday Park at about 10.00pm and may include check-in of late arrivals and emergency calls. You will work to a weekly roster which will include some evenings, weekends and school holidays.
As a couple there are individual roles to suit the applicant’s strengths as below however both applicants will be required to be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the holiday park.
Role One is based around the office and reception, after hours duties, reservations, organising house-keeping staff, in-house laundry, house-keeping (when required), attending to mini golf clients, possibly coffee barista along with general office duties along with any other duties required to ensure the smooth running of the holiday park. Experience in frontline reception/customer service would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
Role Two is based around the grounds and general maintenance along with after hour’s duties, upkeep of the daily duties including BBQs, Spa Pool, Mini Golf, boiler, lawns, gardens and general maintenance. Experience in handyman duties or general maintenance would be an advantage.
The positions are paid weekly with rostered hours of work varying, the couple will not necessarily be working the same shift but will have the same days off. Accommodation is supplied in a Private 3 Bedroom House (furnished if required) at a minimal rate.
Greymouth is the largest town on the West Coast offering a range of activities, shopping, services, and dining options. It is the ideal place to base yourself while exploring Hokitika, South Westland and the Glaciers to the South and The Coast Road, Punakaiki and Buller to the North. Christchurch is a short 2.5 hour drive through the Scenic Arthurs Pass.
You will require a Current NZ Drivers Licence, Current NZ Working Visa, IRD Number and NZ Bank Account.
