An opportunity to make a BIG difference to a locally owned building company.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Managing enquiries
• Tendering, planning and pricing
• Back costing to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Achieving the best outcomes for our clients
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and designers
You’ll manage the workload for four crews, have a can-do attitude and be keen to make a real difference. We do Residential, Light Commercial and Rural projects.
Be warned: May be some out of town work. So, if you don’t like having a beer in Central Otago or on the West Coast this job is probably not for you. We are also finickity about detail so if you’re not fussy on completing work to the highest standard then please think twice about applying.
Also, there’s the odd fishing trip so ideally you don’t get sea sick.
