Roll up, Roll up, we are looking for 2 confident people to run an instant price winning stand at the horse races.
We are bringing a little extra joy to the horse races, with an instant win spinning wheel stand for a well known brand.
We are looking for people with overwhelming confidence, clearly spoken English and preferably boy and a girl team, to host this wheel of giveaways in a circus compare style at Ellerslie Racecourse on the 29th Feb and 7th March!
Job Requirements: (Hours - 8.30am - 6.30pm)
8.30am - 11am - You will need to work together to set up an inflatable semi dome and spinning wheel (we suspect this will take 1.5 hours but you have 2.5)
You will need to be physically fit to lift a couple of these items together.
11am - 5pm - Live hours 6 while the race course is open
Calling out roll up, roll up, to draw people in to play. **You must be confident being the center of attention**
Engage in fun conversations with the public (ask how their day is going, think of fun/pc topics to talk with them)
5pm - 6.30pm - Pack down and return items to the store room for next time and work together to complete on-line report before finishing (again we only see this taking an hour but you have contingency)
Uniform:
You have to look the part, so it will be Top Hat and Tails!
Ladies please let me know if you are ok with wearing shorts (TBC), Gentlemen you will have Tux pants, Ladies this is also an option.
Successful candidates will need to be able to work both dates 29th Feb and 7th March.
