The Company:-

The Role:-
The Commercial Leasing Manager will initially report to the General Manager of Strategic Development and will be part of a team of 4, with responsibility for the effective leasing and management of all investment properties owned by the Calder Stewart Group, Stewart Family Holdings Group and external third-party property managed by Calder Stewart Property & Asset Management. More specifically this role will have accountability for end to end lease management/review and negotiation and to ensure that revenue and weighted average lease term objectives are achieved. In addition, this position will also have oversight of the property portfolio’s stakeholder and tenant relationship management, insurance, legal and compliance related matters.

The Candidate:-
Candidates will ideally possess extensive commercial leasing/property management experience gained either operating in a landlord environment or in a reputable commercial real estate consultancy. However, applications from candidates that have knowledge and experience of dealing with lease negotiations from a more lateral financial, valuation or legal perspective will also be considered. Well-developed commercial acumen is essential as are exceptional communication and relationship management skills and the ability to work at both a strategic and operational level. Exceptional negotiation skills, high levels of initiative and attention to detail are also essential for your success.
