We seek an experienced and capable person, who can complete a variety of farm maintenance tasks and tractor work, as well as assisting with stock work from time to time.
Preference is for a candidate who:
- Is a capable tractor driver and operator of machinery, with experience in cultivation and drilling, or with hay and silage equipment
- Has sound fencing and general R&M skills
- Has some experience working with stock
- Is self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
- Has good problem solving skills and initiative
- Is willing and able to help out with other farm duties as required
Applicants should be physically fit and prepared to travel to other Rooney properties from time to time. Accommodation may be available, with remuneration to be negotiated based on skills and experience.
