Due to company growth we are looking for an experienced Rural Fencing Supervisor.
Experience is essential for this role. Ideally you will have worked as a fencing contractor before and possibly lead a team.
You will have a positive attitude, be honest and reliable.
You must have:
• Tractor driving experience
• Full class 1 license
• Post driving experience
• Experience setting out fence lines
• Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
• High standards of workmanship
• Take pride in a job well done
• Follow and enforce company procedures, including health & safety
• Excellent work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
