Rodco Forestry Ltd is based in Gisborne and has provided quality Forest Establishment & Silvicultural services since 2000. Rodco currently has 24 full time employees.
It is necessary to expand our business to meet the growing needs of our clients. To which end we are establishing a crew in the Hawkes Bay.
We require the services of a Crew Supervisor who understands the importance of a strong safety culture and is able to work with his crew and Rodco management to achieve set targets.
The successful applicant maybe -
A current or ex contractor who is sick of the loneliness and can see the benefit of being part of a motivated organization or
a crew member who is ready and able to step up to the challenge.
The successful applicant must be/have -
able to demonstrate the attributes of a leader.
Be able to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
totally reliable and honest.
a good understanding of and commitment to H&S
Be competent in all facets of Establishment and Silviculture.
Hold relevant qualifications.
