Criffel Station, a 2000 hectare commercial breeding and finishing farm of predominately red deer, is managed with an emphasis on providing a balanced ecosystem for people, land and animals. Owned and operated by the Bell family, it is the base for integrated tourism and agribusinesses with the goal of working within the boundaries of the pristine environment to add value to products and the associated value chain. We are located close to Lake Wanaka’s town centre.
We now have an opportunity for a general farm worker to join the Criffel Station farming operations team. This is a great opportunity to experience a variety of work with all classes of stock. You will be involved in a range of stock work, feeding out, irrigation and general farm duties. Experience with farm management software would be a benefit. We are looking for a team player with a strong sense of commitment, initiative and drive to get the job done to the highest standard.
This position would suit a farm hand with a minimum of 5 years’ experience looking for a full time position. Remuneration package dependent on experience.
