We are seeking a new landscaper/ property Maintenance person to add to our staff due to increased work. this position is full time. earn between $21-$25 Per Hour ( depending on skill set)

The job role will include, but is not limited to the following

lawn mowing
Gardening
Hedge trimming
Seasonal pruning
Painting
Water Blasting
Cleaning
Small Building i.e. Fences , Gates , Trellis work, small retaining walls ect.
NEW landscaping
Installation of instant lawn and artificial turf
General property maintenance

This position requires a full NZ Driver's License and is subject to a Ministry of Justice check as this is required for some of our contracts. a class 2 license would also be good to hold.

There is no requirements for any qualifications to be held as we will upskill the successful applicant and provide on the job learning, however the applicant must be able to work in a team and also on their own at times as well as be able to work sensibly and make good judgement calls. Good time management is a must along with good punctuality.

a Basic understanding and hands on approach along with the willingness to learn about our projects is a must and BKCL Property Services staff will provide any training to any projects that are new to the successful applicant .

There may also be the opportunity for the successful applicant to upskill to our Earthmoving side of the business in time, however a class 2 license along with wheels , rollers and tracks license will be required for this ( if not held , we will upskill you).
