Transworld International Removals Ltd specialize in the relocation of household and personal effects, with branches in Auckland (Head Office), Tauranga, Wellington, and Christchurch. NZ owned and operated we offer our clients a “stress free” removal service.

This role, based in our Wellington branch in Lower Hutt, is seeking an all-rounder to assist our small busy team and become an integral part of our branch. Flexibility is key to working in this environment.

This position will offer a variety of work challenges servicing both international and local relocations of personal effects. Having sound sales and operational experience will be advantageous to transition through the workday.

Sales:

Process web enquiries - costing local and international relocations and providing logistical solutions to meet our clients needs.
Taking customer calls and supporting our clients through the relocation process with documentation, servicing and customer support utilising the Moveware programme.

Administration and Operations:

Liaise and support the operations team as required to ensure scheduling, documentation and warehouse tasks are completed and to standard.
Interacting with local carriers to coordinate container and freight logistics.
Support the branch Import operations and compliance as an MPI Transitional Facility and Customs Controlled Area.
