NZ DREAM CONTRACTING LIMITED is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Manager to join our team. We provide a labour workforce and Orchard Management services to complete quality maintenance work for kiwifruit growing Orchards throughout the Bay of Plenty.
This role will be involve working closely with the Director to provide support and assistance to the business.
We are looking for a well organised person who is able to work independently and ensure the job gets done. You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the business and should be able to manage both staff and Clients effectively and efficiently. You would be required to allocate work to staff, manage the accounts, ensure the health and safety standards are complied with and other HR functions like hiring, training etc.
Skills and competencies required:
A qualification gained in NZ in business or management
At least one year or more of work experience in a similar industry and/or position is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Ability to cope with challenges and resolve problems
Computer proficiency is must and experience with XERO/ MYOB software would be a definite advantage
Must be NZ citizen/resident or have the legal right to work full time in NZ
