Job Description
Daily Tasks Involved in the role:
Acrylic fullet; SNS dipping
Manicure, pedicure (gel) including decorative nail art, application of
artificial nails, nail repair
Waxing, tinting and other treatments of unwanted hair, discuss clients’
need and provide advice on suitable treatments
Eyelash extension and other general cosmetic and corrective make-up
Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and keeping client records
Processing customers’ payments (when required)
Providing advice and selling cosmetic products to clients
Job Pre-requisites
(Years of Experience, Qualifications, Licences, Endorsements):
- One year of relevant experience
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints
- As the position involves processing customers’ payments, it is expected that the applicant should be able to provide at least three
referees from his/her current or previous employment.
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use social network such as Facebook for online marketing
is an advantage but not essential as is ability to speak a second
language
- Applicant must have the rights to work in New Zealand.
