Established in 1983, Signature Residential Ltd is known as one of the most successful residential building companies in New Zealand. The Auckland building industry is experiencing significant growth from demand and we are looking for someone to add to our busy sales team.
We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our established New Home Consultants team, based in Albany.
In this role you will be responsible for managing and converting client enquiries and navigating our clients through the design process. You will have the capability to sell our portfolio of Home and land packages, Pre-design, Design & Build and Knock down & Rebuild homes, developing offers that meet our clients' dreams.
You will be a results-driven, talented sales person who is able to develop rapport with customers quickly.
Our ideal candidate has:
•Passion for people and helping them achieve their dream home
•Comfortable managing complex projects with high attention to detail
•Proven track record of sales in the residential construction industry.
•Excellent informing and communication skills internally and externally using our technology
This is a commission-only role with realistic uncapped OTE $100-150k++ once established. An initial retainer may be provided and subject to review.
