You must have..
Full clean duty manager licence with
A minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality trade
A vibrant personality
Have enthusiasm that’s infectious
Have the ability to learn quick
Have and understanding liquor laws
Be extremely flexible with hours
Want to work
Be fit and healthy
Have Excellent English both written and Oral
Have excellent but simple mathematics
Be both a TEAM PLAYER and have the ability to work alone.
Excellent rate of pay for the right person.
