PARTS INTERPRETER
Truckline Services Ltd is a proudly kiwi owned and operated truck dealership based in Mount Maunganui. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our busy parts team in supporting Kenworth, DAF and Cummins Engines.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Interpreting customer’s parts requirements, at the counter and over the phone;
Sourcing and ordering parts;
Billing and costing as required;
Packing parts orders for dispatch;
Unpacking stock orders and collating parts as they come in;
Providing advice regarding parts specifications to customers as required;
Liaising with the Service department as required;
Maintaining inventory in line with the business and customer needs and assisting in the annual stocktake;
Organising and planning work so that it is done efficiently and in accordance with our work standards.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous Parts Interpreter experience, ideally in a truck environment;
Have industry brand awareness and knowledge;
Be IT literate;
Have strong, proven customer service skills;
Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
Be proactive and a team player;
Reliable with a high level of integrity.
