Mahurangi Marinas in Warkworth (next to the old cement works), are looking for someone to fill the position of Live in Security person.
This position is best suited to a single individual.
The main priority of this position would be security, evenings and weekends and especially during busy summer holiday times.
There is other work that would be required such as property/yard maintenance (lawns, yard tidying etc).
From time to time when the yard is full of boats, you would be called upon to do some boat work so an interest or experience in boat work would be an advantage.
Remuneration, days off etc can be discussed at an interview.
Accommodation is provided in the form of a single room with small kitchenette and a bathroom and laundry room.
