We require a shepherd general to join our team on our 1050 ha hill country and flat property. We run 3500 breeding ewes and 900 hoggets along with trade lambs and steers
You will need:
*A good attitude with a willingness to learn
*An ability to work unsupervised at times
*have 2 to 3 working dogs under good control
*a good ability with general work ie fencing, water maintenance etc
There is a nice 3 bedroom house available with a school bus to the driveway
Remuneration package will be based on experience
And nicely located only 15 mins from Carterton or 25 mins from Masterton with great fishing at your doorstep
