Form Building & Developments Ltd is a well-established main contractor in the Auckland market with over 65 years experience. A solid commercial contractor across the Bay of Plenty, Auckland and Waikato markets, Form is financially secure and offers high-level management. Due to an increase of project awards, we are in need of experienced Site Foreman and Leading Hands to join our team.
Key Responsibilities are:
- Managing sub-contractors and labour on site
- Ensure all works are being carried out as directed as per plans provided
- Manage Health & Safety requirements on site
- Adhere to Form’s policies and procedures
- Enhance and manage professional relationship with the client
- Project reporting
Attributes we require are:
- Appropriate commercial construction experience for the role being applied for
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with a positive team
- Existing right to work in New Zealand - preferred
