The Role:

The 24x7 Data Centre Security Team undertakes operational and facility activity within the Data Centre. Coordinating scheduled and ad hoc tasks with the on-site
The Security Team is responsible for their site whilst on shift and supports maintenance activity by following Standard Operating Procedures and supervising maintenance contractors
The role is expected to be an active role, including support for Data Centre staff undertaking customer or Data Centre work.
You must maintain a strong customer focus, obsessing over customer deliverables and demanding the highest standards in operational deliverables

There is both Nightshift and Day shift.
Shifts are 12 hours long and the roster is 4on/4off rotation
We are looking for supervisor's and Guard's

Must have the ability to work in Millwater and later Hobsonville for a second location due to open
Successful applicants must have the following attributes :
- high levels of personal presentation
- advanced interpersonal skills
- computer and IT competency- this should be to a medium to a high standard.
- Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn IT systems
- Experience in corporate customer liaison and client interface
- Able to deal with emergencies and conflict situations calmly and effectively.
- ability to develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Must be an NZ resident or Citizenship
- Must have the ability to gain government security clearance- Clean history is a must
