We are looking for a Workshop Manager who will.....
Coordinate and troubleshoot the day-to-day operations of the busy workshop.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and self management skills.
Strive to increase the efficiencies of a high performing team of technicians.
Constantly analyse workshop practice to ensure the daily operation of the business is optimal.
Produce accurate job costings and information for customers.
Have extensive knowledge of the automotive industry to provide leadership, guidance and advice to the workshop technicians.
Be competent in the operation of the automotive workshop management software (SAM).
Maintain the balance between personal and professional relationships within the staff to ensure a positive team is fostered and any arising conflicts are resolved.
