ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is varied, but some of the common daily tasks include:
- Work with the team in the Spare Parts Department
- Generate sales through Parts Traders and Trademe.
- Build and maintain relationships with our customers and clients
- Build a strong knowledge base to provide expert advice
- Interpreting the customer's parts requirements, at the counter and over the phone
- Handling customer enquiries via email
- Picking and packing parts for despatch
- Working with the dismantling team
- Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- Have a proven background in the automotive industry – and has worked in similar roles like as a mechanic or a panel beater, or someone who has experience in car parts.
- Customer service focused.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literate.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance at the workplace
- Treat all customers with courtesy and respect
- Strong people person with excellent phone skills and clear, professional communication abilities
- Has a hands-on work style – not afraid to roll up the sleeves and retrieve parts if need to, or package parts to send to your customer
- Physically fit and works with strong
- follow health and safety.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
