We are a growing, dynamic commercial and construction cleaning company looking for an experienced sales rep/telemarketer for immediate start.

About the role
You will be working closely with other sales team members and reporting to the Director. The role includes:
*Cold-calling leads and booking appointments.
*Submitting sales quotations and proposals.
*Follow-up calls to warm potential clients to close the deal.
*Using our CRM system and Lead Generation Database to process your sales pipeline.
*Managing client relationships to build a steady stream of repeat business.
*Responding to and following up on sales inquiries that come in via email, phone, and other digital channels, within agreed timeframes.

Essential Experience and Qualifications
*At least 1-year experience in Telephone Sales either B2B or B2C; outbound calling or Contact or Call Centre environment.
*At least 1 year experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
*2 years+ of customer relationship management.
*Experience in the commercial cleaning or construction industry is desirable but not required.
*Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
