Full time Administration and Sales Support
Duties include:
Administrative work including, but not limited to, answering phone calls, taking phone messages, taking orders, preparing tax invoices and sending them out to customers, following up with payments of tax invoices.
Meet with walk-in customers and promote the company’s products and services to them.
Assist and support the Director in implementing strategies particularly sales strategies for Thriving Building Limited as a whole.
Assist support staff with administrative files and queries.
Hold regular meetings with the Director and support staff to assess and discuss sales, workflow and current issues.
Market products and services and cross market offered by Thriving Building Limited
