We are presently seeking
for a result driven Customer Service Manager, parts and sales to be responsible for the overall development and
review of our current policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods
and services provided by our Wellington office. This successful candidate will be able to enhance
customer satisfaction and manage, motivate and develop staff providing customer services as well
as plan and implement after-sales services to follow up on customer satisfaction and respond to
customer expectations.
Must have skills:
Diploma of Business Management or relevant field
A minimum of one-year experience in a management role
Good people management skills with hands-on leadership skills
Training and supervision of staff providing customer services
Highly ambitious and motivated with a can-do attitude
Strong organisational skills to ensure operational efficiency
Good communication and interpersonal skills to provide direction and feedback
Excellent customer service skills
*Computer skills and money handling
Willing to pass drug and police checks (if required)
Must have truck License
