Nelson Tile and Slate Centre is has been a trusted locally owned family business. The current Nelsonian’s have been in ownership since 1988 and are passionate about ensuring each customer receives the highest quality customer service along with their renowned design and tile solutions.
We are after a sales representative to join our team, who will be involved in greeting our valued customers and welcoming them to our store. They will also help guide our customers through the process of tile selection, design and installation options.
The key attributes we are looking for are
*Top quality communication and problem solving skills
*Ability to engage our customers in conversation and build trust
*Time management and prioritisation of time across responsibilities
*Computer literacy and good with numbers.
*A strong willingness to learn, grow and be successful
Your key responsibilities will include
*Greeting customers as they enter the store
*Answering and dealing with phone calls and email queries
*Ensuring the presentation of the showroom is top quality
*Inventory management
*Handling inbound and outbound supplies and orders (this will require some heavy lifting)
This position if for 40 hours across Monday to Friday and may include rostered Saturdays.
