ZEALAND TATTOO LTD is a well-established, progressive Custom Design Studio that operates in Christchurch, Queenstown and Hanmer Springs. We specialize in customized Maori/Polynesian and Oriental tattoo art, among many other modern genres. Demand for our work is at an all-time high and we require a capable, business-minded person with the capacity to support achieving sales targets by growing the brand year-on-year.

The position is based at our premium Queenstown studio; you'll get to enjoy the alpine lifestyle this exciting resort is world-renowned for.

Working side by side with the Studio Manager, and sole charge whenever necessary, you'll be the face of our studio and be responsible for:

5-Star customer service, with sales and marketing as the primary role, Handling customer inquiries and bookings from walk-ins, phone to email & social media correspondence,
Building an online presence via our website and social media streams, and interpreting trends to convert leads into profits, directing and implementing business plans and strategies,
Organising and coordinating advertising & public relations, and all sales and marketing related activities across studio locations,
Utilising information technology and different platforms/software for video and photo editing,
Coordinate efficiently with our talented team of artists to ensure jobs are well prepared and organised,
Maintain a professional appearance, and be well-groomed at all times,
Help ensure the entire studio is kept clinically clean, secure, and maintained at all times

The Sales & Marketing Consultant we are seeking must have at least a year of sales & marketing experience, a bachelor's degree or higher qualification relevant to the position would be an advantage. Knowledge & experience in the tattooing industry is not a requirement but would also be a plus, as extensive training material will be provided.
