Insurance Hub NZ is a well-established Insurance and financial advisory company with clients across NZ. They pride themselves with building long-term relationships with their clients with providing exceptional service.
We are looking for the next Sales Representative who will be proactively seeking new business, a target driven person, who is not afraid of numbers to generate business for thriving insurance company based in Auckland.
Role Responsibilities include:
* Visiting clients, following up clients and organizing appointment with insurance advisers
* Communicate clear and concise information to the customer regarding the services provided by insurance Hub
* Analyse rejection patterns, maximise lead generation and improve the quality of leads
* Assist in conducting market analysis and preparing sales reports
* Identify customers' needs and work with various demographic, collect and analyse information such as sales data
* Assist in creating materials for running promotions
Our ideal candidate:
* Proven background in Sales, Finance or Customer service
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Comfortable working outdoors, doing cold calling with the ability to work weekends, and evenings if needed.
* Utilize referrals, phone calls, mailings, and other forms of advertising to generate new customers.
* Confident and customer service orientated and enjoy meeting new people.
* Generate business using their own unique way through marketing, promotions but also directories and other sources to compile lists of prospective clients.
* Must have a clean driver's licence as you are required to travel to visit clients and potential customers with no convictions.
