We're on the hunt for enthusiastic, passionate & self-motivated team member to join our team and 'ACE' as a sales support & customer service superstar!
Days and demands will vary, but as a minimum, tasks will involve (and is not limited to):
Assisting customers with solutions and updating them with order statuses
Work closely with our sales manager in ensuring the sales team is kept motivated
Providing support to our sales team in preparing proposals, managing customer interactions and making appointments etc
Answering phones / entering sales orders
Ensuring CRM system is kept up to date
You will need to have…
The X-Factor!
Experience in the industry is advantageous
Awesome phone manners, and a helpful disposition to our clients
Solution oriented approach to problems - we always offer a solution to our clients
Great time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Have good communication, computer & literacy skills (experience with NetSuite is advantageous)
Personal pride, be able to challenge the status quo, and have the attitude of continuous improvement
Accuracy, honesty and a positive mindset.
The ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
