We are currently looking for a motivated salesperson to join our team. In this role you will be part of our dynamic sales force. Your tasks will vary from day to day as needed and will include calling clients to arrange site visits, emailing job updates to clients and entering data into a variety of systems including our CRM. You will carry out site visits, meet with customers and have control over your own calendar. For this role you must be confident on the phone and able to write a great email. You are likely an experienced salesperson and we can teach you everything you need to know about the roofing industry to succeed in this role.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
● Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
● Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and confident
● Have resilience with good problem solving capabilities, sales can be challenging
● Be a team player and collaborate and strategise with your colleagues
● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
● A great attitude, punctual, motivated, and a good work ethic
● Proven sales experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate
● Computer literacy is a must
