FORM Architects Ltd is a design-lead studio in architectural and interior design, and we deliver innovative design solutions for all our clients. We specialize in high density residential projects including apartments and terraces houses, luxury houses design, high-end commercial buildings and dynamic retail and office fit-outs. We create our design for each project with a unique form to enhance its performance.
We have a vacancy for a passionate and experienced architectural technician. we desire a professional who has at least 2 years NZ industry experience and capable to complete the Building Consent application from the start to the end; manage multiple projects and meet the deadline; liaise with consultants, clients, Councils, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Skills/experience:
Revit skill is a must, at a high level of competency;
Thorough knowledge of and experience with the current NZ building code and NZS3604;
Ability to take a concept drawing and convert it into an accurate architectural and construction set of drawings and specifications ready for pricing, consent and construction;
Excellent communication skills and confident liaising with clients, site managers, councils, engineers, and builders;
2+ years NZ practice experience as an architectural technician;
Ability to undertake projects with accuracy and work under pressure;
Proven history of successful output and in meeting deadlines;
Fluent in English and Mandarin;
Excellent time management skills;
Hold a relevant Architectural tertiary qualification.
