This is your opportunity to work for this national Tier One contractor who is well known for the quality of their developments. With a wide and varied project landscape, as one of their Senior Quantity Surveyors you'll be placed right at the heart of a highly technical project in the middle of the city and will get to work with some of the greatest in the game with some of the coolest tech going into a building right now and really own the project!
Working alongside the Senior PM and Interior Fit-out PM you will report directly to the commercial manager. This project is already set out, and well underway now so you'll need to come in and hit the ground running to see this project through to the result it deserves. When you see the end result; you'll know it was worth it!
Due to the technical nature of this project, we need someone with at least 6 years Commercial Construction experience, and must have worked on projects in excess of $5M, preferably $10M+ for a main contractor. You will also have a relevant degree or diploma.
