We have an opportunity for a structural engineer, who is able to think laterally, and work well with our small, innovative team, looking to provide proficient and optimally effective outcomes for our clients.
Must have BE (Civil/Structural), or equivalent, from a New Zealand University, and be currently resident in New Zealand, carry a current drivers licence, and preferably with relevant structural design experience in NZ.

Our work includes seismic analysis and strengthening for existing buildings, new apartment complexes, commercial/industrial structures, structures for Arts & Events, some “forensic engineering, and residential projects.
We are also involved with first principle assessment of new building products or systems, and with post damage re-instatements.
You will not be short of variety in your work with us.
Skills in earthquake engineering as well as familiarity with ETABS or other modal analysis programme will be an asset, as will an understanding of what constitutes good detailing and "buildability", and the ability to clearly and succinctly express your findings both verbally and in written reports.
Must be “personable”, reliable, and able to relate well with clients, builders , and other industry participants.
