We have an exciting and rare opportunity available for a Commercial Property Manager to be part of our Commercial Property Management team and to assist the business in its current growth path. In this role you will utilise your experience to manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial and body corporate property encompassing:
Lease management
Financial management
Statutory compliance
Preventative maintenance
Investment reporting
This is a full-time role and you will be part of a small team but must be able to work independently as well as in a supporting role.
The ability to develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors will be key in this position, as well as excellent written and verbal skills.
You will have had at least two years' experience as a Commercial Property Manager in New Zealand or Australia. Body Corporate experience is an added advantage.
