Street Smart Property Management is a fast growing property management company situated in Mt Wellington.
This is a busy role where every day is different. We are seeking someone that is Self-Motivated, highly organised, task orientated and can think outside the square. You will be part of a friendly, supportive team.
The role includes but not limited to:
Liaising with tenants, landlords & tradespeople
Property Inspections
Organising maintenance
Handling arrears, including attending tenancy tribunal
Organising tenancies
Skills and attributes needed:
Good organisational, clerical and time management
Ability to take initiative and be proactive
Ability to handle pressure & be accountable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise – Time management
Commitment, flexibility, resilience and determination
Team player
A clean NZ driver license
This is a normal 9-5 position however from time to time, you will be required to work outside these hours as the role demands.

Remuneration package includes mobile phone and use of a company car for work travel during operating hours. Remuneration is based on experience.
