Carebnb is one of the largest short term property management company in Christchurch, managing over 60 homes and growing. We are venturing out to long term property management and seeking a full time property manager. Selected candidate will be remunerated accordingly.
- Full Time Property Manager
- Must have completed New Zealand Certificate in Property Management Level 4.
- Must have a clean driver's license
- Must have knowledge of Palace Tenancy management software.
- People skills are a must as we are a small friendly team that cares for our tenants.
We are also looking for Housekeeper’s for Carebnb.
- House Keeper (One weekend day is a must)
- Detailed cleaning
